Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive/office.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal staff, clients, and external parties.
- Provide general personal and administrative support as required.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- A Diploma or Bachelor
