Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Correspondence Management: Efficiently manage executive calendars, respond to emails, and coordinate critical communications.
Logistics & Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, manage travel itineraries, and coordinate general logistics.
Task Tracking: Monitor and follow up on pending action items and key deliverables across various business units.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare briefs, detailed reports, engaging presentations, and accurate meeting minutes.
Filing & Compliance: Maintain a highly organized digital and physical filing system while ensuring maximum confidentiality for sensitive documents.
Errands & Ad Hoc Tasks: Execute personal errands and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
A Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience as an executive/personal assistant or in a similar corporate role.
