Job Description
At Athena, you won’t just assist—you’ll act as a strategic partner helping leaders scale their time, decisions, and impact. In this role, you will work directly with global founders and executives, learning how high-performing leaders operate behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Own calendars, inboxes, and priorities across time zones.
Execute research and high-impact projects.
Create presentations and executive-ready content.
Coordinate with global stakeholders.
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum qualification of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Strong English communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools).
Available full-time (40 hrs/week), often U.S. hours.
Fully dedicated to one role.
Location and Setup Requirements
Must live within 80 km of the Nairobi Hub.
Able to report onsite when needed.
Includes 2 weeks onsite onboarding + ongoing training.
