Role Purpose\nTo plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in Kiswahili and Christian Religious Education (CRE) in line with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment that supports pupils’ academic and moral development.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans for Kiswahili and CRE in accordance with the CBC.\n- Assess, record, and report on learners’ progress and performance.\n- Develop teaching and learning materials to enhance lesson delivery.\n- Maintain proper classroom management and discipline.\n- Identify learners’ individual needs and provide appropriate support.\n- Participate in co-curricular activities and school programs.\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records.\n- Engage with parents/guardians on learners’ progress where necessary.\n- Adhere to school policies, procedures, and professional standards.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- P1 Certificate from a recognized institution.\n- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).\n- Proven experience teaching Kiswahili and CRE at primary level.\n- Sound knowledge of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the Reeds Africa Consult portal on xorahr.com by following this link: Apply Here
