Outsourced Services Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of outsourced Accounting, Payroll, and Fund Management services.
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Review financial reports, payroll outputs, tax and statutory filings, and fund reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide clients with strategic financial insights, advisory support, and business guidance.
• Drive business development through client expansion, referrals, and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals.
• Ensure efficient processes, maximize system utilization, and implement continuous improvements.
• Oversee full compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandatory Professional qualification: CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, or outsourced business services.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple clients and service delivery portfolios.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting systems, payroll platforms, and tax/statutory reporting portals.
