Finance Manager

The role demands the effective coordination of financial and accounting processes, the development and evaluation of financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems, as well as oversight of budgeting, cash flow, and the overall management of the Society's financial resources. Candidates with proven experience in the financial services sector are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Finance in leadership and management of the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with all established financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate the execution of financial and accounting processes throughout the organization.
• Lead the development, evaluation, and enhancement of financial policies and internal control systems.
• Oversee the Society's budgeting processes, including accurate forecasting and tracking.
• Manage cash flow and provide oversight for the Society's overall financial resource management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience within the financial services sector (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA-K) are highly advantageous.
