Qualifications and Experience
Successful candidates will bring the following skills and qualifications to IREX:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in MEL, data management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing or supporting quantitative data systems (databases, dashboards, large datasets).
- Strong data skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Airtable, or similar.
- Experience supporting distributed teams with varying levels of MEL and data literacy.
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset focused on implementation and usability.
- Comfortable in matrixed environments, influencing via collaboration vs. authority.
