Medical Doctor Role

We are seeking a Medical Doctor with outstanding medical knowledge and excellent skills in performing major and minor surgeries on patients. Doctors are expected to be compassionate, possess attentive listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a genuine concern for patients and a passion to be of service and heal people.

To ensure success, doctors should have fantastic organizational and time management skills, the ability to make effective decisions, and an innate ability to manage change. Top candidates will have the willingness and ability to handle uncertainty and conflicting demands while remaining calm under pressure.

Doctor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing surgeries on patients with injuries or illnesses.
• Duties include reviewing patient x-rays and communicating with the patient about the procedure.
• Preparing for surgery and completing surgeries with the assistance of other Surgeons, Nurses, and surgical professionals.
• Speaking with patients after the surgery to discuss its success and the recovery process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Degree in medicine (essential).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience practicing in a surgery department.
• Certification: Board-certificate; active candidates and residents are invited to look at this opportunity.
