Medical Attendant Job Vacancy

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Attendant to provide medical care in our healthcare facility. The Medical Attendant is responsible for recording vital signs, assisting doctors with diagnosis, and completing paperwork.

To be successful, you must be patient and have excellent attention to detail. A good Medical Attendant keeps all patient information confidential and provides care without prejudice.

Medical Attendant Responsibilities:

• Assisting with patient mobility and hygiene.
• Monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
• Feeding and transporting patients and equipment.
• Maintaining ward cleanliness and restocking supplies.
• Providing general support to healthcare professionals and patients.

Location: Tunduma, Songwe

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate of medical attendant.
• Prior experience as a medical attendant.
• A qualification in medical attendant.
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts.
• Patience with difficult patients.
• Compassion for patients.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
