Media Operations Specialist

This role is for a Media Operations Specialist at Goodwill Ceramics, a leading tile manufacturer based in Mkuranga, Tanzania, since 2015. The specialist will be responsible for creating and designing compelling visual content for digital platforms, developing multimedia assets, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design compelling visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Develop multimedia assets, including videos, animations, infographics, and interactive content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Manage and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field, coupled with proven experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements, exceptional creativity, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and strong attention to detail are essential. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is considered a plus.
