The Marketing & Liaison Officer plays a crucial role in promoting the hospital's services, managing external relationships, and ensuring high patient satisfaction. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, coordinating outreach activities, and acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, particularly referring physicians.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote hospital services and specialties.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Manage the hospital’s online presence, including its website and social media platforms.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for referring physicians, ensuring smooth communication and referral processes.
- Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by external stakeholders.
- Enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring effective communication and addressing patient concerns.
- Develop patient education materials and programs to inform patients about hospital services and health topics.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and use feedback to improve services.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Prepare reports on marketing and public relations activities, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Provide regular updates to hospital leadership on marketing and liaison activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in healthcare marketing or public relations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
