Talent Grid Africa is a regional consulting firm that partners with leaders in business to handle the complexities of hiring the right talent, engaging them in the right way, improving performance, and retaining top talent. We help them leverage their greatest assets—the people—to capture more opportunities and grow their businesses.
As the Marketing Head, you won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll inspire and mentor a dynamic team of 5–15 marketing professionals, develop innovative strategies, and align marketing objectives with the company’s business goals. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, creativity, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets.
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, traditional, and events.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform marketing strategy.
Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Manage marketing budget and partnerships with external agencies.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–12 years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Academic qualifications: BA/BSc/HND or MBA/MSc/MA.
