Silentnight Kenya is the leading manufacturer of high-quality bedding products in Kenya, including mattresses, pillows, mattress covers, and more. We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Executive to join our team in Nairobi.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans, conducting market research, identifying key trends, and analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
Conduct market research to identify key trends and opportunities.
Analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
Manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment.
Support sales efforts to meet business objectives.
Coordinate marketing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing to develop strategic campaigns.
Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities.
Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external coordination.
Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Experience in the retail or bedding solutions industry is a plus.
