The Marketing Executive role is crucial for developing and implementing robust marketing strategies, managing digital marketing channels, and leading the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other departments, including design, business development, and project teams, to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities and Measurable Performance Indicators
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies; conduct market research to identify trends, new market opportunities, and customer needs; and analyze competitor activities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively find new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and attending industry events to generate and qualify leads.
- Brand Management: Create and maintain the brand's perception and value in the market. This involves building a strong and unique identity through consistent messaging, design, and customer experience to foster loyalty, trust, and a competitive advantage.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the management of the company’s website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms to enable the company to reach and connect with a vast audience.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer/client needs to spot opportunities, understand demand shifts (e.g., mega-projects vs. construction slowdowns), and guide strategy. This covers sectors like commercial, residential, civil, and institutional construction, tracking project pipelines, regional activity, and economic impacts to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Budget Management: Create a financial plan for promotional activities, allocate funds across channels (like ads, content, and field activities/campaigns) to meet goals, track spending versus results, and optimize investments for maximum ROI, ensuring resources align with the company’s objectives for growth.
- Collaboration: Coordinate pipeline activities with design, business development, and project teams.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Sales Agent Recruitment and Management: Recruit and manage sales agents who will be responsible for promoting services and referring potential clients.
- Reporting: Monthly tracking of marketing KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting ROI to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a Business-related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar field of corporate service in a customer interaction capacity.
- Has a network advantage with relevant players in the industry.

Salary Range: KSh 50,000 - KSh 100,000/month.
