Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Digital Coordinator to lead our multi-channel marketing efforts and drive brand awareness.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Digital Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive product growth and brand awareness through both digital platforms and physical events. This role requires a blend of creative content creation, technical SEO/Ads management, and event logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product growth and brand awareness.
Marketing Collateral: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to produce promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of trade shows and exhibitions, including logistics and stall management.
Digital Platforms: Manage company websites and digital platforms to ensure accurate product listings and pricing.
Paid Media: Execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic visibility; monitor campaign analytics and prepare performance reports.
Content Creation: Create and publish digital content, including blogs, case studies, and promotional visuals.
Lead Generation: Facilitate lead generation and coordinate customer inquiries with the sales team.
Client Management: Manage counter sales and maintain regular follow-ups with key clients to ensure retention.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, or a similar marketing role.
Proficiency in managing CMS platforms, SEO tools, and digital advertising suites like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
Strong copywriting and editing skills for blogs, social media, and product descriptions.
Ability to interpret data from analytics tools to track ROI and campaign performance.
Experience in organizing logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, or corporate events.
Comfortable with client-facing interactions, counter sales, and proactive lead follow-up.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional correspondence and vendor management.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet management reporting deadlines.
