Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess loan applications for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
• Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to small business owners, ensuring a smooth and supportive loan application process.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing financial guidance where necessary.
• Promote Newark Frontiers' financial products to target clients across various office locations.
• Ensure accessibility and affordability are prioritized in all lending activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in credit lending, banking, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Passionate, people-centered, and growth-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
