Job Responsibilities
As a Loan Officer, your primary duties will include:
Generate leads, market loan products, and onboard new clients.
Conduct client due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, and comprehensive loan assessments.
Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and contractual obligations.
Provide essential basic financial literacy and business training to borrowers.
Monitor loan repayments diligently and carry out ethical collections.
Conduct necessary field visits to verify client businesses and information accuracy.
Maintain meticulous and accurate records, submitting daily reports via the Super lender system.
Consistently meet challenging monthly disbursement and collection targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
1-2 years' experience in sales, microfinance, or collections.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in rural and underserved areas.
