The ideal candidate is an energetic and dynamic professional in tune with today's business trends. ### Responsibilities - Provide expert legal counsel and representation in a corporate environment. - Onboard new clients and develop relationships within the legal practice environment. - Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies. - Handle matters across various legal fields including Criminal Law, Tax Law, Aviation Law, and Civil Law. - Communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders and clients. - Engage in negotiations and problem-solving to resolve legal disputes. - Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity while handling sensitive and confidential information. - Nurture and support teamwork within the firm. - Handle and work under pressure with minimal or no supervision. ### Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB preferred). - Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership. - Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar corporate/litigation role. - Proven track record of onboarding new clients in the legal practice environment. - Strong understanding of Criminal Law, Tax Law, Aviation Law & Civil Law. - Excellent legal research and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders. - Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Unquestionable integrity with a high sense of professionalism. - Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. ### How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates should apply by clicking the Apply Now button or visiting the following link:
