Lead Trainer

The role of Lead Trainer is crucial for Boltech Training Institute, a premier technical college in Kenya and East Africa, established in 2014. Founded by Engineer Bolton Majale, the institution focuses on technical empowerment.

This leadership position requires the candidate to oversee technical instruction, maintain educational quality, and ensure high standards of student success across the institute’s programs. This role involves leadership, curriculum implementation, and platform management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Technical Teacher Education or a post-graduate qualification in pedagogy/andragogy.
• Registration: Must be a Registered and licensed trainer with TVETA (Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority).
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NITA, Oracle, Cisco, KASNEB).
• CBE Expertise: Assessor/Internal Verifier certification for Competency-Based Education (CBE).
• Training Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a Technical Trainer with a proven record of student success.
• Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role.
• Technical Skills: Experience managing Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Information System (SIS) platforms.
