As a Junior Administrative Assistant at UR HOME, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our office operations. You will provide essential support across the organization, acting as a primary point of contact for communications and ensuring that administrative workflows run smoothly. Your role encompasses front office duties, documentation, logistics coordination, and general departmental support.\n\n### Key Responsibilities and Duties\n- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Receive visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate staff or departments.\n- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems. Keep records and databases up to date to ensure easy access to information.\n- Prepare, proofread, and distribute various documents, reports, and meeting materials to maintain professional standards.\n- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Manage travel arrangements and office calendars.\n- Monitor office supplies, manage inventory, and assist in procurement to ensure stock availability.\n- Assist the Human Resources, Finance, and Management teams with various administrative tasks as required.\n\n### Requirements & Qualifications\n- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.\n- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n- Familiarity with handling or following up on court cases, insurance, and immigration matters is highly advantageous.\n- Must be a discreet individual capable of handling highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
