Internet Sales Executives (Home Broadband) - Mombasa

Sheer Logic Management Consultants (SLMC) is seeking to recruit Internet Sales Executives (Home Broadband) to be based in Mombasa. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, onboarding, and supporting marketing initiatives on the ground.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Ensure compliance to Customer acquisition and onboarding processes i.e. KYC and customer education on top up.\n* Collaborate with Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned area.\n* Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding.\n* Recover devices from non-compliant customers.\n* Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.\n* Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at the first level.\n* Escalate network issues.\n* Conduct daily collation of target achievement.\n* Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets.\n* Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews.\n* Prepare ad-hoc reports as and when required.\n* Monitor and report competitor activities.\n* Provide customer insights, and identify and suggest products or services that will meet customer needs.\n* Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives (e.g., road shows, estate storms, mall activations).\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n* Graduate degree or Diploma of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.\n* Understanding of telecom/fixed wireless trends is an added advantage.\n* 1+ years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry but not mandatory.\n* Commercial acumen – understanding the competitive landscape, devices offered, packages, commission schemes, etc.\n* Tech-savvy – needs to understand solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.\n* Resilience and the ability to deliver against stretch targets.\n* Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
