The role involves conducting on-ground marketing activities, providing first-level troubleshooting support to customers, tracking sales targets, and analyzing market trends.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Ensure strict compliance with customer registration and onboarding processes, including KYC verification and educating customers on top-up methods.\n* Collaborate with the Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in the assigned territory.\n* Monitor and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during acquisition and customer onboarding.\n* Retrieve devices from non-compliant customers.\n* Provide on-ground, first-level troubleshooting and support for customer issues, escalating unresolved concerns or network service failures to higher levels when necessary.\n* Track daily target achievements, analyze monthly sales trends, prepare dashboards for weekly reviews, and compile ad-hoc reports as required.\n* Monitor and report on competitive activities, packages, and pricing within the market.\n* Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, including roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n* Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related qualification.\n* At least 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, preferably (but not mandatory) within the telecommunications sector.\n* Understanding of telecom or fixed wireless trends, particularly 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.\n* Clear understanding of the competitive landscape, device options, subscription packages, and commission structures.\n* Resilience and the capability to consistently deliver against challenging stretch targets; a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
