Information Technology Trainee

This Information Technology Trainee role is part of Capwell Industries Limited's (CIL) 12-month Management Trainee Program. CIL is a major Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, operating since 1999, manufacturing high-quality flour, rice pulses, and porridges. The program is specifically designed to intentionally develop future leaders through structured exposure, hands-on experience, and mentorship across the business.

The Management Trainee Program is a fundamental component in building that future leadership pool, embedding trainees directly within the complex FMCG operations.

Candidate Profile (Who We Are Looking For)

We are seeking graduates who meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline).
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Show leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership.
• Are interested in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations.
