Sheth Naturals was founded in July 2015 by a female medical doctor concerned about the harmful ingredients in beauty products. The brand aims to call back Africans to embracing clean beauty. We are looking for motivated In-store Merchandisers to join our team in Rongai. The primary objective is to engage directly with walk-in customers, provide expert product knowledge, and drive sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products.\n- Drive daily and monthly sales targets.\n- Maintain product visibility and ensure displays are organized and attractive.\n- Provide accurate and helpful product knowledge to potential customers.\n- Work closely with store teams to maximize all sales opportunities.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n- A university degree or higher diploma (BA/BSc/HND).\n- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.\n- Self-driven, target-oriented, and reliable personality.\n- Professional and presentable appearance.\n- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.\n\n### What We Are Looking For\n- Individuals who can deliver tangible results, not just presence.\n- A genuine passion for sales and customer interaction.\n- Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.\n- Availability to work full-time in assigned store locations.\n\n### How to Apply\nSend your applications to:
