Sheth Naturals is looking for energetic and results-driven In-store Merchandisers to be based in Kericho. Founded in 2015 by a female medical doctor, Sheth Naturals is dedicated to promoting clean beauty products for the African populace. The role involves actively engaging with customers in a retail environment to promote beauty and skincare products, maintaining brand visibility, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products to drive interest and conversions.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets to meet business objectives.
Maintain high standards of product visibility and organize displays to attract customers.
Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed beauty and skincare choices.
Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure smooth retail operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Possession of a BA, BSc, or HND in a relevant field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
Skills: Strong communication and customer engagement skills are essential.
Attributes: Must be self-driven, target-oriented, professional, presentable, and highly reliable.
Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability: Must be available to work full-time in assigned stores within Kericho.
