Sheth Naturals is looking for energetic and results-driven In-store Merchandisers to be based in Kawangware. The primary focus of this role is to represent the brand within retail environments, ensuring product visibility and driving sales through direct customer engagement. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the beauty and skincare industry who thrive in fast-paced retail settings.
Responsibilities and Duties
Actively engage walk-in customers to promote Sheth Naturals products and influence purchasing decisions.
Drive and achieve daily and monthly sales targets to ensure business growth.
Maintain high standards of product visibility and creative displays within the store.
Provide accurate and persuasive product knowledge to customers regarding clean beauty and skincare.
Work collaboratively with store teams to maximize all available sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or general retail is considered an added advantage.
Must be available to work full-time in the assigned stores.
