Role Overview
The main responsibility of the Recruiter is to provide an efficient full-cycle recruitment service. This includes sourcing, organizing assessments, candidate engagement, recruitment documentation, analytics, and recruitment administration.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in close liaison with the recruitment team leader and respective hiring managers.
Ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely implementation of approved recruitments.
Advertise vacant positions on appropriate job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Screen applications by assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Provide a list of longlisted qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and consideration, as guided by the Recruitment team leader.
Prepare recruitment materials for the hiring team to support the selection process.
Coordinate and conduct assessments and interviews with hiring managers using various recruiting and selection tools/methods, as per WFP guidelines.
Act as a point of contact, maintaining communication with all applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure full administrative support is provided for ongoing recruitment processes (scheduling tests or interviews, creating notes for the record, circulating recruitment documents for signatures, etc.).
Extract and compile HR data on staff recruitment and selection, and contractual conditions to support analysis and reporting needs.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on relevant recruitment data to further improve the Office recruitment process.
Maintain proficient use of Workday for managing the full recruitment cycle and contracting processes, ensuring all relevant data is up to date.
Support and deliver onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a positive experience and are successfully integrated into their new roles.
Maintain recruitment documentation to ensure data are accurately stored in compliance with established standards.
Support other HR administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education: A University degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or other relevant fields. Alternatively, a post-secondary certificate with additional years of related work experience may be considered.
Experience: A minimum of six years of experience, with at least three years in an HR role within a multicultural environment. A strong background in talent acquisition, particularly handling high-volume recruitment, is essential.
