We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team and act as a primary HR point of contact for our client organizations.
Job Purpose
The HR Officer will help clients leverage their greatest assets—their people—to capture more opportunities and grow their businesses. This involves providing strategic HR support, ensuring compliance, and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for various client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary HR point of contact for client organizations and build strong, professional partnerships with client leadership.
HR Audits & Compliance: Conduct thorough HR audits and compliance reviews, preparing actionable recommendations to ensure clients meet all legal standards.
Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for client roles, from sourcing to final selection.
