Job Description
The Global Recruitment Intern will be a member of our Global Recruitment Team. You will support the Operations sub-team, reporting to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator, and working collaboratively with others on the global team to ensure recruitment processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities
Complete recurring tasks to keep our recruitment operations running with minimal errors.
Oversee the candidate screening and selection process from application to hire and provide excellent customer service to all candidates.
Manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
Support change and improvement strategies in our recruitment systems, utilizing data to achieve results in collaboration with your manager.

Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study.
0 to 1 year of experience.
Nice to Have:
6 months to 1 year of recruitment or relevant HR experience.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is desirable but not compulsory.
Basic data analysis skills with the ability to identify patterns.
Proficiency in maintaining Excel or Google Sheets/trackers.
Experience collaborating with different stakeholders.
Strong learning skills, curiosity, and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in English.
