We are currently seeking a dedicated HR professional to handle various human resource functions within our institution.
Role Purpose
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing staff welfare, overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring the effective implementation of institutional policies, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Welfare: Manage and improve staff welfare initiatives to ensure a supportive work environment.
Recruitment: Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for academic and non-academic staff.
Policy Implementation: Ensure institutional HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, facilitating communication and resolving issues effectively.
Personnel Management: Handle HR-related administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Understanding of HR practices, staff welfare management, and recruitment procedures.
Ability to implement policies and manage professional employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
