Job Description
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a Senior Officer and will be responsible for providing essential support in the administration and management of human resources within the County Government.
Duties and Responsibilities
Verifying information relating to recruitment, appointments, promotions, transfers, and human resource management information systems.
Processing cases for the County Human Resource Management Advisory Committee.
Assisting in the implementation of human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations, and procedures.
Supervising and guiding clerical staff in the Division/Section.
Requirements for Appointment
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Personnel Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya.
Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
Salary and Terms of Service
Basic Salary: Kshs. 32,700 - 42,690 p.m.
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
