Role Overview
You will support the HR team across key areas including recruitment, onboarding, administration, and employee engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment with mentorship from industry professionals and exposure to real HR challenges. You will have a front-row seat to how great teams deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assisting with hiring activities and recruitment processes.
Supporting onboarding documentation and administrative workflows.
Maintaining organized and confidential employee records.
Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
Preparing training materials and contributing to HR initiatives.
Supporting staff engagement activities and hospitality-focused events.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources or a related field (BA/BSc/HND).
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with high professionalism.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) is preferred.
Exposure to HR activities through coursework, attachments, or internships is an added advantage.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
