Human Resource Business Partner

Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of a leading player in the beauty, skincare, and wellness industry, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to take the lead in shaping and executing a high-impact people strategy. This is not just an HR role—it’s a strategic leadership position focused on driving business growth through effective human capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Lead the structuring of the organization and plan for future talent needs to support business objectives.
• Performance Management & Leadership Effectiveness: Drive high performance across the company and enhance leadership capabilities at all levels.
• Talent Governance & Succession Planning: Develop frameworks for managing talent and ensure a robust pipeline for critical roles.
• Compensation Structures & Internal Equity: Oversee the development of fair and competitive compensation and job grading systems.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with commercial growth and operational goals.
• HR Analytics: Utilize data to provide insights and support informed decision-making regarding the workforce.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a strategic HR or HR Business Partner role, with a strong background in performance management and organizational design.
• Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in compensation, job grading, and HR analytics.
• Certifications: Professional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is an added advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
