Job Description
The Embu County Government is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Chief Human Resource Management Assistant. This role involves supporting the human resource department in administrative tasks, personnel management, and labor relations within the county service.
Requirements for Appointment
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Have served in a relevant and comparable position for a minimum period of three (3) years.
Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Relations from a recognized institution (the course must have lasted not less than nine (9) months); OR
Have completed Part III of the Certified Public Secretaries (CPS) Examination from KASNEB.
Possess a certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
