Weston Hotel is a luxurious 4-star business hotel located along Langata Road in Nairobi. We are seeking a highly experienced and leadership-driven HR Senior Officer to join our team. This role is designed for a professional committed to service excellence, operational leadership, and maintaining premium hospitality standards.
Role Purpose
The HR Senior Officer will oversee the human resources function, ensuring the hotel maintains high standards of staff performance and guest service through effective human capital management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR operations to support the hotel's strategic goals and operational excellence.
Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Foster a culture of service excellence and professional development among the staff.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management.
Ensure full compliance with Kenyan labor laws and high-standard hospitality regulations.
Provide operational leadership within the HR department to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Leadership: Strong leadership capability with a track record of managing teams in high-standard environments.
Passion: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining premium hospitality standards.
