Job Description
Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for various client requisitions, ensuring that high-quality talent is sourced and placed efficiently.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for assigned client requisitions from inception to closure.
Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidate profiles to clients based on their specific needs.
Follow-up: Ensure timely communication and follow-up with both clients and candidates to achieve successful requisition closure.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and generate necessary reports.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage a reliable CRM database.
Advisory Services: Understand client needs deeply and provide professional recruitment advisory services to help them make informed hiring decisions.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience: Mandatory proven experience working within a recruitment firm.
Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment abilities.
Communication: Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict recruitment deadlines.
