Role Overview

The Tana River County Assembly is seeking HR Management Officer IIs. This is a crucial role focused on executing key Human Resources functions to ensure smooth operation within the Assembly. This position offers permanent and pensionable terms.

Basic Salary: Kshs. 58,360 – Kshs. 90,200 (Permanent & Pensionable)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations.
• Managing employee records and HRIS updates.
• Coordinating recruitment, induction and training.
• Processing leave applications and staff welfare matters.
• Preparing HR reports.

Requirements for Appointment

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Certificate in Supervisory Skills Development will be an added advantage.

Skills and Attributes:

• Computer proficiency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
