Job Description
This role is for an HR Management Officer I at the Tana River County Assembly, responsible for executing key human resource functions and ensuring regulatory compliance. There are two posts available.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations.
Managing employee records and HRIS updates.
Coordinating recruitment, induction and training.
Processing leave applications and staff welfare matters.
Preparing HR reports.
Requirements for Appointment
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Computer proficiency.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A Certificate in Supervisory Skills Development will be an added advantage.
