Summit HR & Marketing Consulting is looking for an HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will handle various administrative and strategic tasks including onboarding, HRIS updates, payroll, and recruitment support.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Organizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.\n- Updating the human resource information systems data.\n- Undertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.\n- Implementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.\n- Supporting the recruitment processes.\n- Payroll processing.\n- Support in the implementation of training programs.\n- Participate in handling personnel grievances and other related matters.\n- Coordinating the staff separation processes.\n- Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.\n- Participate in disciplinary processes and handle inquiries in the HR office promptly and courteously.\n- Any other duty as assigned by the management.\n\n### Experience and Skills\n- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.\n- 3-4 years experience in a similar position.\n- Must have a good understanding and practical knowledge of various employment laws.\n- Must be computer/ IT proficient.\n- Must have a laptop.\n- Candidate must be honest, a team player, and able to multi-task.\n- People management skills and emotional maturity.\n- Documentation and record keeping.\n- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the MyJobMag platform: .
