Job Description

Phadam Hospital, a modern healthcare facility dedicated to providing quality and affordable health care services, is seeking a passionate and skilled professional for the position of Health Records Officer.

This role involves the crucial responsibility of managing and maintaining comprehensive patient health records, ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of all medical information. The Health Records Officer plays a key role in supporting effective hospital operations and clinical services through meticulous data management.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in health records or equivalent qualification (BA/BSc/HND).
Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience working in a busy hospital setting.
Must be registered under the Health Records and Information Management (HRIM) board.
