Head of Policy and Research Advocacy

The Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) is seeking to competitively fill the position of Head of Policy and Research Advocacy. The primary function of this role is to provide strategic leadership in driving industrial policies and fostering a conducive business environment for manufacturers in Kenya.

The Head of Policy and Research Advocacy will be responsible for conducting research, data collation, analysis, and packaging information into definitive position papers for dissemination and advocacy with relevant stakeholders. Collaboration with various Business Membership Organizations (BMOs) is essential for jointly generating and advocating policy positions externally.

Qualifications

Candidates for this role must hold a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND).
