The Head of LOOP Payments Business is responsible for ensuring that market opportunities match LOOP DFS's strategy and strategic directions. The role holder will manage the growth of Consumer and Business payment verticals in the business. They will ensure they drive activation, retention, and monetization of the payments business and will be responsible for managing all growth managers in the business.
The role holder is responsible for the commercial design, implementation, monetization, and overall ownership of the commercial strategy of the payments vertical. They will use platform design strategies and business modelling techniques to unpack payments, identify investment-grade opportunities, develop business cases, seek approval and buy-in, and rally cross-functional teams to deliver on the vision of payments. They will drive payment innovation, optimizing user experience and reducing payment costs while overseeing relationships with payment service providers, banks, and card networks.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy & Financial
Drive up average revenue per user.
Grow gross margin by managing costs, optimizing pricing strategies, and driving operational efficiency.
Increase the company's market share in all payments markets by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.

Optimize the company's growth processes to ensure reliable customer growth.
Manage risk to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Customer
Drive customer acquisition and retention by identifying and pursuing new customer segments, developing effective sales and marketing strategies, and delivering value.

Prioritize continuous learning and development for self and team by staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Job Specifications
Academic Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
MBA or a Master’s degree in a business field is desirable.
Work Experience
At least ten (10) years' work experience, five (5) of which should have been in a management position in Technology or Fintech.
Experience in strategy development and implementation, and leading large successful business development projects and/or initiatives.
