HF Group is seeking a dynamic leader for the position of Head of Business Channels Tribe. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end business channels strategy aligned with the Group’s ambition to become a technology-led financial institution. You will drive the growth of digital channels (Mobile & Internet Banking) with a strong focus on adoption, usage, and revenue generation while identifying and unlocking new revenue streams across payments, lending, and other value streams.
Principle Accountabilities
Strategy & Channel Growth
- Define and execute the end-to-end business channels strategy aligned to the Group’s ambition to become a technology-led financial institution.
- Drive growth of digital channels (Mobile & Internet Banking) with a strong focus on adoption, usage, and revenue generation.
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams across payments, lending and other value streams.
Product Development & Agile Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, build, launch, and optimization.
- Drive Agile delivery across squads, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Provide strong oversight across all initiatives, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and customer needs.
- Ensure solutions are built using human-centered design, Lean Startup, and Agile principles.
- Champion customer-centricity, ensuring solutions address real customer needs and pain points.
- Drive personalization through different tools and mechanics through the use of data.
Commercialization & Digital Growth
- Own commercial success of all channel products, including revenue targets, adoption, and customer growth.
- Work closely with Marketing to drive go-to-market strategies, digital campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize conversion funnels, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
- Build and execute partnership strategies to enhance distribution and monetization.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration across business (all subsidiaries), technology, risk, compliance, and marketing.
- Ensure strong alignment and execution across all stakeholders.
- Provide clear direction and prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and manage a team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Commercial Leads.
- Build a high-performance, outcome-driven culture focused on delivery and impact.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to develop strong product, Agile, and commercial capabilities within the team.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional training/certification in Agile, Product Development, Digital Marketing – would be an added advantage.
Work Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in banking, fintech, or digital financial services.
- Proven experience in digital product development and management (Mobile/Internet Banking preferred).
- Proven experience in Agile project delivery in complex environments.
- Proven experience in commercialization of digital products (growth, adoption, revenue ownership).
