Job Description
Talent Grid Africa is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive. This role is for a marketer who understands that growth is not about activity—it’s about impact. You will be responsible for driving business growth by managing the full marketing funnel and ensuring that marketing efforts translate into tangible commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development: Build and drive qualified pipelines to support business objectives.
Funnel Management: Own the full marketing funnel, from initial awareness through to conversion.
Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales goals.
Data Optimization: Use data and insights to optimize performance and ROI.
Requirements
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Growth or Commercial Marketing.
Leadership: At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Domain Expertise: Strong experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics.
Mindset: Data-driven with a commercial mindset.
Industry Background: Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.
