Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Keeping up with new technology for efficient processes.
• Data Management: Updating data in Tally for generating different reports.
• Social Media & Marketing: Managing social media marketing and broadcasting campaigns.
• Visual Content: Taking and editing photographs of new items and creating product videos.
• Catalogue & Web Maintenance: Preparing and updating an e-catalogue, assisting with website maintenance, and creating/updating e-commerce content.
• Training & Development: Preparing an online product knowledge curriculum for new sales staff.
• General Support: Assisting in sales and administration tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Degree (preferably in Marketing, IT, or Graphic Design) or HND.
• Portfolio: A mandatory link to your professional portfolio.
• Communication: Strong communication skills.
• Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like social media, SEO, and data analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office and conversant with Graphic design tools.
• Mindset: Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Good understanding of digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn.
• IT Knowledge: Basic knowledge of IT and data tools is a valuable advantage.
