This is a senior strategic position dedicated to transforming and significantly scaling Mitsumi Distribution's existing non-pharma pharmaceutical business.

Role Objectives
To transform and scale the existing non-pharma pharmaceutical business by:
- Aggressively growing sales volumes.
- Successfully entering regulated pharma segments.
- Expanding product lines, sales channels, and geographical reach.

Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion: Developing and executing strategies for substantial sales volume and revenue increase.
- Pharma Portfolio Entry & Expansion: Leading the strategic entry into regulated pharma segments and overseeing the expansion of the existing product portfolio.
- Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy: Gathering and analyzing crucial market intelligence to formulate effective and competitive commercial strategies.
- Sales Team Build-Up & Performance Management: Recruiting, developing, mentoring, and managing a high-performance sales team, driving accountability and achievement of targets.
- Channel & Distribution Network Expansion: Identifying, developing, and expanding the company's distribution channels and network footprint.
- Business Innovation & Growth Initiatives: Spearheading innovative commercial initiatives to stimulate long-term growth.
- Management Reporting & Promoter Interface: Ensuring clear, accurate, and timely reporting to management and effective communication with promoters.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a relevant BA/BSc/HND qualification. Extensive experience relevant to scaling pharmaceutical or related distribution businesses is required to fulfill the objectives of this senior leadership role.
