Senti is a micro credit loan app that enables users to get hassle-free loans straight to their mobile phones. The company is seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead strategic growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance within a regulated digital lending and fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business strategy, growth, and market expansion in digital credit and lending.
- Ensure full compliance with CBK Digital Credit Provider regulations, AML/CFT, and data protection.
- Oversee loan operations including disbursements, collections, and customer experience.
- Build strategic partnerships with banks, MNOs, fintechs, and government entities.
- Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Oversee product innovation across digital lending platforms and credit solutions.
- Manage financial performance, credit risk, fraud risk, and portfolio quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years’ experience in fintech, digital lending, banking, or credit services.
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles within a regulated environment.
- Proven experience scaling digital lending or credit products.
- MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
