The suitable candidate will work as a Functional Consultant, understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution options, and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution. This function also interacts with our other functions for project delivery, quality assurance, and business-as-usual support teams.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation.
- Work with the team (Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint) alongside experienced colleagues.
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications.
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained.
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning to obtain relevant Microsoft Certifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience and Technical Knowledge:
- Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision, NAV etc.) implementation experience (essential).
- Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, Power Platform, and Azure / Cloud concepts.
Education and Accreditations:
- Relevant third-level qualification in Business or IT (Accounting qualifications advantageous).
- Relevant functional and technical accreditations are highly desirable.
