The Frontline Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance and leading a dedicated team of sales professionals. This role requires strong leadership, sales execution, and team development skills to achieve organizational growth objectives. The successful candidate will be tasked with meeting premium targets while managing and mentoring a team of representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Achieve a minimum monthly premium target through personal and team performance.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of up to 12 Direct Sales Representatives with the help of the Business Development Officer (BDO).
Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team.
Productivity Drive: Drive team productivity and ensure consistent pipeline development.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business Administration (BCom - Insurance Option), or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Professional Certification: Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
Experience: 0-2 years' experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Sales Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
