We are seeking a qualified and passionate candidate to join our team as Front Office/Guest Relations. This is a pivotal full-time role located in Mombasa, central to ensuring every guest experiences the high standards of luxury and peace Sukoon Nyali Suites is known for.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
Guest Management: Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
Inquiry Handling: Handling all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, professionally, and confidentially.
Reservations: Overseeing reservation management, room assignments, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Financials: Processing payments and managing the front office cash drawer responsibly.
Information Provider: Providing comprehensive information about the suites' facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordination: Serving as a proactive liaison between guests and other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Wellness) to ensure seamless service quality.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Required Qualifications:
Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Higher National Diploma) in Hospitality Management, Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
